Membership has its privileges. The benefits are exclusive for Hostelling International members only. It cannot be sold, transferred, assigned, pledged, attached or encumbered in any manner.
Neither the organisation nor its staff shall be liable for any damages, losses, liabilities, costs (including without limitation, full legal costs and solicitor-client costs), expenses, claims and proceedings arising out of or in connection with any transactions entered between the companies listed below and members.
